For a new capture, open pairscooter.jjricks.com. If this browser has an unfinished capture, use Recover cleanup here first. Recovery records stay in this browser and are not copied to the new site.
Keep this site’s data until recovery finishes. The recovery guide remains available here.
Let’s verify cleanup first.
This browser has an unfinished capture record. Reconnect the same phone and approve USB debugging if asked. Your owner identity was not saved in that record.
The phone’s cleanup timer attempts to close NAVEE and restore its log setting after two minutes. Reconnecting lets us verify that it happened.
If recovery still fails
Keep this browser profile’s site data. Wait two minutes, reconnect, and try again. Do not start another capture helper. If the timer or phone was interrupted, the recovery record and original setting are needed to restore safely. Our recovery guide is available without an account.
Start with your phone.
Use a computer with Chrome or Edge and a USB data cable. This page cannot connect to the phone it is running on.
- NAVEE is signed in and already works with your scooter.
- Your scooter is nearby, parked, and powered on.
- Other scooter apps and computer ADB tools are closed.
Use a regular browser profile, not Incognito or Guest. Keep its site data until cleanup is verified so interrupted sessions can recover.
This first version supports the phone’s main personal Android user. Work profiles and secondary users are not supported.
How to enable USB debugging
- On Android, open Settings → About phone. Tap Build number seven times (Samsung: About phone → Software information first).
- Open Developer options and turn on USB debugging.
- Connect a data-capable USB cable. Unlock the phone.
Work-managed phones may block debugging. On Windows, your phone’s USB driver may be required.
Chrome asks you to select a device. Android then asks you to approve USB debugging. You can cancel either prompt.
A small capture, clearly explained.
When you approve, this helper will:
- Save NAVEE’s existing log setting and start a cleanup timer.
- Temporarily enable NAVEE logging and restart the NAVEE app.
- Read only fresh NAVEE Bluetooth authentication messages while you connect to your scooter.
- Close NAVEE and restore its original log setting before offering any export.
NAVEE itself may log more while verbose logging is enabled; this helper reads only the filtered authentication messages. It never reads your NAVEE password or uploads the capture.
Open your scooter in NAVEE.
Preparing the capture…
Keep this tab open and the USB cable connected. We will close NAVEE once the capture finishes.
Your setup is ready.
NAVEE is closed and its original log setting is restored. The verified owner identity is still only in this tab’s memory.
Saving closes USB access automatically. Saving to the phone again asks you to select the same phone. A computer backup stays available until you finish or close this tab.
Then open Volt → Import a backup file, and choose the new JSON. Nothing is imported or replaced automatically. Computer downloads inherit your browser and operating system’s file permissions.
Existing owner file? Import it directly in Volt. You can also use the desktop helper included with Volt’s source bundle.
